Shirin Adelman is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She has two decades of legal experience with a focus on healthcare, finance, employment, and real estate. Adelman is licensed to practice law in five states in the Northeast and in the Federal courts. Adelman has represented physicians, healthcare providers, Independent Practice Associations (IPAs), management companies, and State Medical Societies on healthcare law. She has provided legal counsel on contracts, employment issues, physician/hospital joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions of health care entities, physician-owned ambulatory surgery center (ASC) formation and shareholder admissions, and has handled licensure, certification, and risk management issues for these entities.
