Jordan Underhill has nearly a decade of legal experience in complex civil litigation, class action lawsuits, and regulatory compliance. Jordan has practiced in both state and federal courts in cases pertaining to data privacy, employment, and healthcare regulation. He previously served as an Assistant Attorney General for the Texas Office of Attorney General, where he investigated and prosecuted Medicaid fraud involving the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, the False Claims Act, and the Texas Healthcare Fraud Prevention Act.
He also worked for many years at a nonprofit where he provided free legal representation to low-income individuals and developed programs dedicated to serving underrepresented communities.
Jordan obtained his J.D. from the University of Colorado–Boulder and is admitted to practice law in Texas and Illinois.
