Training Reimbursement Contract


The Lengea Training Reimbursement Agreement is a written agreement or contract between parties where one finances the cost of education of a trainee, employee, or scholar under certain conditions. The contract identifies who the parties are, what their roles and responsibilities are, and which approved training courses are being financed. This template is used to set out terms and conditions related to company payment of training expenses. It also describes the minimum anticipated period of time that the employee must remain with the company before a portion of the training cost is recovered and protects the company’s investment in the employee’s training.
