20+ Consent Package for Botox, Filler, and Other Treatments

The Lengea Consent package contains the legal consents that ensure an ongoing communication process between the patient and the healthcare provider. Informed consent is the process in which a healthcare provider educates a patient about the risks, benefits, and alternatives of a given procedure or intervention. The patient must be competent to make a voluntary decision about whether to undergo the procedure or intervention. Informed consent is one of the nine core principles of the American Medical Association’s Code of Medical Ethics. Opinion 2.1.1 in the Code of Medical Ethics states, “Informed consent to medical treatment is fundamental in both ethics and law. Patients have the right to receive information and ask questions about recommended treatments so that they can make well-considered decisions about care.”
